Philip Rivers Named to 2006 Pro Bowl
Enjoy your trip to Hawaii! You definetly deserved it. Phlip Rivers was one of the 3 quarterbacks named to the AFC Pro Bowl for the 2006 season. The Pro Bowl is played in Hawaii in February after the Superbowl. Rivers will go there among other AFC QBs Peyton Manning and Carson Palmer.
This is quite an accomplishment for Rivers, who has been in the league 3 years, but this is only his first year as a starting quarterback. He is among 9 total San Diego Chargers going to the Pro Bowl. Other notable Chargers include Ladanian Tomlinson, Lorenzo Neal, and Antonio Gates.
