Chargers Travel to KC
The San Diego Chargers are back on the rode again. This week, against a struggling Kansas City Chiefs team, who notched their first victory of the year last week against Minnesota. Both teams have struggling running games, which is weird saying since LT and LJ are probably the top 2 backs in the NFL.
One thing the Chargers have that the Chiefs don’t, is a passing game. Rivers is 100x better then Huard. And not only will we see two of the best backs in the NFL, but we’ll also see the best two Tight Ends. Rivers needs to look for Gates again this week. He’s connected with Gates probably 25 times this year for nearly 300 yards. It’s pretty much the only thing working for them in the passing game right now.
This is a big battle for the AFC West. Neither team can afford the loss.

Too bad Rivers is, at best, a mediocre quarterback without Tomlinson. They should bench him and bring Doug Flutie back. At least they would play better.
