It’s easy to jump on the quarterback when things aren’t going well. Charger fans need to remember that Norv Turner is bringing in a new system to San Diego. Shotty is gone. It’s going to take the players awhile to adjust to the new system.

You can expect things to be a lot different next year. The Chargers have a ton of talent, and won’t struggle like this once they accept Norv’s system.
