Bye Week Recovery
I hope Philip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers have taken this bye week to fix their problems. The team is currently 3-5 and headed to the golf course this January if they don’t turn things around soon. And it won’t get any easier in the coming weeks. Two of their next three games are against Indianapolis and Pittsburgh.
Through mid-season, Rivers might be one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. He leads the league in QB Rating with a 107.8. He has over 2,000 yards passing, 19 touchdowns and only 6 interceptions. Just double those numbers and see what he’s looking at for a full seasons’ work.
I’ll check back in this week to talk about their upcoming game with Kansas City.
