Must Win For the Chargers
Philip Rivers must lead the Chargers to victory this Sunday in Pittsburgh. If the Chargers drop to 4-6, they will be almost gone from the playoff picture. They won’t be mathematically eliminated, but it would be an trecherous uphill climb for them to find a wild card spot.
The Steelers are No. 1 against the pass, giving up 171.1 yards per game, and now they face the AFC’s top-rated passer in Philip Rivers (106.3).
Rivers leads the NFL with 21 touchdown passes, including 10 in the last four games as he’s completed 69.7 percent of his throws for 1,171 yards.
If he can continue this tear against the Steelers then I thihnk the Chargers have a great chance at turning it all around and playing hot from here on out. This is the key game of the season. A must win for the Chargers.
