Philip Rivers Fan Site

Rivers will be hosting the 1st annual D1 Iron Sharpens Iron Philip Rivers Offensive Skills Camp on 7th and 8th July from 9 am to 2 pm. It will be held at the Huntsville High School football fields. The camp is open from ages 7 to 17

This camp will be featuring ten hours of instruction from Philip Rivers. Apart from him there will also be local high school coaches and D1 training experts. The camp will encourage character development and life skills too. Lunch, camp T-shirt and the opportunity to win other prizes are there for all the participants.

Philip Rivers is also a former Athens high school standout. In the past he has held a camp in Raleigh, N.C. This camp is his first camp in the Rocket City with the D1 Sports staff. The camp is being sponsored by The Orthopaedic Center (TOC) and Huntsville Hospital.

Philip Rivers says to the media, “It is fun for me to get more involved in the North Alabama community. I am excited to come back home and give the same instruction that I received when I was growing up in this area.”
